Our body is our instrument to act
- most precious as without it we wouldn't be able to do a lot. Its well-functioning depends directly on the food we use, so it is surprising to notice that good, well-balanced food is often not on the priority list of our modern manager.

SOME GOOD ADVICE:

  • Eat whole foods, vegetables and fruit - they contain a lot of fibre
  • Eat less, fresh, less fat, sugar and salt
  • Implement enough physical exercise and avoid smoking, drinking and pills
  • Drink enough water
