Keeping a diary

Having formulated your mission, your objectives for change
and your strategies
you can keep a diary to check your process.
Daily or at any other time interval you are comfortable with.
Write in a form that suits you:
a check list, notes or even write out in full.
Reread your diary from time to time.
You will come to know yourself better.

Traffic Control

Stopping all activity for a couple of minutes
a few times a day is extremely valuable.
Sit down or just slow down - look within and check your breathing. Be in silence.
And ask yourself the question: where have I been in the past few hours ? What kind of thoughts have I been having? What was their quality? Where was all my mental energy going? Is my frame of mind constructive, tense, defensive...?

Pay some attention to creating good thoughts -
give yourself some nourishing food for thought.
